Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management in a regional or multi-clinic setting
Strong knowledge of managed care, utilization management, and medical terminology
Experience in financial management and budgeting
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of practice management systems and electronic health records (EHRs)
Ability to travel within the region as needed
