REGIONAL CLINIC DIRECTOR The Regional Clinic Director is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all local families being served by the regional office receive the best possible care from both the Clinical and Administrative teams. To that end, the RCD must mentor and manage its clinical team (PDs, PMs,Leads, Instructors, Trainees) and facilitate collaboration between the administrative team (office, Scheduling, and Training) and the clinical team to ensure that regional office growth and service fulfillment goals are achieved. In addition, the RCD is responsible for ensuring that FirstSteps develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with its vendors and funding sources and is continuing to create new relationships with key stakeholders. The RCD is a leader in our organization and is expected to communicate effectively and professionally with the best interests of FirstSteps guiding all communications and actions.
