Weston is seeking a Regional Client Operations Director (RCOD) for our Federal East Division . This role is responsible for leading business development and operations teams across the eastern United States, as well as targeted international locations, in support of key defense and national security clients. Responsibilities are multi ‑ disciplinary and include driving sales and revenue growth, expanding operations in priority countries and regions, and ensuring program and project execution meets profitability, performance, and client satisfaction objectives. Location: This position is ideally located at Weston’s corporate office in West Chester, PA; however, qualified candidates may be considered for remote locations within the eastern United States.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of performance within the Federal business sector growing sales and revenue, partnering with small businesses and key subcontractors, while integrating key self-perform capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing large profit and loss operations within the environmental and infrastructure industry.
  • Led a business unit with significant rev enue/headcount while operating successfully in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk and take prudent and decisive action.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record being a: persuasive advocate.
  • Strong history of creating and implementing market strategies that grow the business.
  • Demonstrated a progressive increase in financial and supervisory accountability and authority.
  • Demonstrates courageous leadership by making tough decisions and leading difficult conversation s to drive timely, high ‑ quality outcomes.
  • Thinks strategically and leads initiatives that align organizational culture, strategy, and execution.
  • Communicates vision and priorities effectively through multiple leadership channels, including owners forum , scorecard reviews, and management forums.
  • Leads and influences enterprise ‑ level change, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adoption.
  • Builds a culture of accountability and high performance, enabling individuals and teams to consistently exceed goals.

  • lead project performance by Project Managers via the RCO Operations Manager and directly supervise Client Account/Program Managers to create and implement sales growth strategies, tactics, and results
