About The Position

At OneDigital, we are on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environment. You will support regional-focused Client Experience initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to design and deliver remarkable client experiences that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, and/or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, design software, and organizational platforms.
  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to dive in and get your hands dirty.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s client experience marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing team in developing strategies and best practices to support the regions retention and client expansion goals.
  • Assist in crafting and executing defensive RFP responses, working closely with client service teams.
  • Support the consistent application of brand guidelines and templates across all client deliverables.
  • Support regional event marketing initiatives and provide consulting on event marketing best practices.
  • Manage brand awareness activities in the region.
  • Collaborate on an end-to-end customer journey strategy.
  • Support client feedback mechanism to identify areas for improvement.
