About The Position

We are seeking Class A CDL Solo Truck Drivers, including recent graduates, to join our team. This position offers an average weekly pay of $1500.00+, along with monthly performance bonuses and a tuition reimbursement program. Drivers will typically be out for 2 weeks and home for 2 days, with options for OTR and regional positions. After gaining 3 months of experience, drivers can transfer to local routes. The job involves no touch freight and offers weekly pay via direct deposit. We provide great benefits and the opportunity to take your truck home. We are hiring across all of California with no radius restrictions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL required
• No experience necessary; training will be provided
• Clean criminal background check
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No speeding tickets over 15 mph in the last 12 months
• No year-long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years unless in school; self-employment must be verifiable
• Cannot have been terminated from the last trucking position
• Must be able to pass a hair test
• No DUI/DWI offenses

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A CDL truck for OTR and regional routes
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety regulations
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs as required
• Participate in training programs as needed
