About The Position
This position is for a truck driver working with the Dollar Tree account. The driver will be home every 5 days and will operate within a 250-mile radius. The job requires unloading and handling freight, which is a hands-on task. The work schedule consists of 5 days on and 2 days off, with an average workday of 10 to 12 hours during the night shift. Drivers have the option to work a 6th day, earning an additional $85 on top of their daily rate. The job requires a clean driving record and a valid CDL-A license, with a minimum of 3 months of experience required. Drivers will need to leave their truck at the account during their time off and may be required to use chains in inclement weather.
