Eaton’s GEIS division is currently seeking a Regional CI Leader. This role is onsite at our GEIS Headquarters in Syracuse, NY. Relocation within the United States is provided for this position. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000 - $207000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Reporting to the Director of Operations for Crouse-Hinds, the incumbent will be responsible for building a culture for Continuous Improvement across 6 manufacturing facilities through the execution of Eaton Business System (EBS) elements. The CI Leader will leverage Lean/Six Sigma (ELSS) and Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) strategies to improve competitiveness and work towards achieving World class performance. Additionally, this role will increase the CI functional & organizational capability through development plans supported by effective coaching and mentoring to build the organizational depth for CI.
