Responsibilities

• Support Dietary Managers by recruiting, hiring, and training them to excel in their roles.
• Serve as Interim Dietary Manager during vacancies or transitional periods to maintain seamless operations.
• Create and implement training programs for Dietary Managers to equip them with necessary knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and support dietary operations across facilities, addressing challenges and promoting best practices.
• Conduct regular sanitation rounds to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
