About The Position

The Regional Center Program Leader is responsible for overseeing and expanding Care Partners At Home’s Regional Center-funded home care and respite programs. This role ensures operational excellence, vendor compliance, accurate reporting, and high-quality service delivery in partnership with Regional Centers, Service Coordinators, clients, and families.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management within home care, Regional Center services.
  • Familiarity with Regional Center systems, IPPs, and purchase of service processes.
  • Strong understanding of non-medical home care and respite workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of Regional Center-funded programs, including personal care and respite services.
  • Ensure timely intake, authorization setup, scheduling, and service delivery aligned with Individual Program Plans (IPPs).
  • Oversee client onboarding, caregiver assignment, and ongoing service coordination.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance, productivity, utilization, and growth metrics.
  • Serve as primary liaison with Regional Centers (e.g., Inland Regional Center, Regional Center of Orange County).
  • Maintain strong relationships with Service Coordinators, clients, families, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements, purchase of service (POS) authorizations, and Regional Center requirements.
  • Participate in meetings, audits, and performance reviews with Regional Center partners as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to the Lanterman Act, Title 17 regulations, and Regional Center vendor standards.
  • Oversee accurate documentation of authorizations, service hours, and utilization.
  • Ensure records meet Regional Center, DDS, and agency documentation standards.
  • Stay current on regulatory and policy changes and implement program updates as required.
  • Lead weekly and monthly operational reporting, including hours delivered, utilization, staffing coverage, and retention.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
