About The Position
We are hiring professional CDL-A drivers for our Southwest Regional Fleet , offering a strong balance of steady miles, predictable routes, and weekly home time. This position is ideal for drivers seeking regional consistency without sacrificing earnings. Position Highlights Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home Average Weekly Miles: ~2,000 miles (based on HOS and availability) Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200 gross Average Length of Haul: 300 miles Freight: 100% no-touch 50–60% drop & hook 40–50% live unload Equipment & Driver Support Late-model equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths Well-maintained, safety-focused fleet 24/7 operations support —assistance whenever you need it Pay & Accessorial Compensation Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load $500 after 30 days Apply today for a high-earning, steady dedicated position with reliable home time and no-touch freight.
