Regional CDL-A Drivers - Home weekly- No Touch - 3 Months exp
About The Position
Join our Northeast Regional Fleet and enjoy consistent miles, weekly home resets, and competitive pay without gimmicks or sign-on bonuses Pay & Bonuses: $0.80–$0.85 CPM (based on verified experience) Weekly pay: $1.200-$1.500 Multi-stop: $20 (1st), $35 (2nd), $50 (3rd+) Long Island deliveries: $65 Detention: $12.50/hr (after 2 hrs) Up to +3 CPM performance bonus Position Details: Dry Van -100% No Touch Freight Average 1,500 miles per week (300–400 daily) Home weekly for a 34-hour reset Optional weekend routes available for extra miles and pay Freight mix: live loads and preloaded trailers Runs primarily between VA and ME Willingness to drive in NYC is a plus (not required) Benefits (Start After 30 Days): Health, dental, and vision insurance (family coverage available) 401(k) with company match Paid orientation Rider & pet policy from day one Life, disability, and supplemental insurance Equipment & Support: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks Average length of haul: 400 miles 24/7 operations support
Requirements
- CDL-A license 21+ years old
- Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience (40ft+)
- Clean MVR and PSP
- No recent DUI, SAP not accepted
- Must live in PA, MD, NY, NJ, or DE
