Entry Level / Trainee Program 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor Full pay during training weeks $300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck Hands-on guidance on Western regional dry van operations Experienced Drivers Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500 Top 25% earn up to $1,700 per week Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus Home every two weeks Steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight Program Overview During training, mentors provide hands-on instruction on safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling. Requirements
- CDL-A license
- Age 21+
- 120+ hours from accredited CDL school
- Clean work history
- 6+ months experience (or enrollment as trainee)
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR/PSP
- Stable work history with minimal gaps
