About The Position

This role involves driving dry van routes across an 11‑state Western region. Drivers will handle no‑touch freight and maintain a steady regional schedule with predictable bi‑weekly home time. The position is open to both entry-level and experienced CDL‑A drivers, with recent CDL graduates encouraged to apply. Entry-level drivers will participate in a paid mentor program during their initial 4–6 weeks on the road, receiving guided training in Western regional dry van operations.

Requirements

• Class A CDL license
• Age 21 or older
• 6+ months experience (or entry level trainee)
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and PSP review
• Stable employment history with limited gaps
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours (for entry level drivers)
