We're seeking a Regional Category Merchandising Manager to champion our go-to-market strategy and lead a high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the key link between our sales teams and corporate leadership, shaping the future of our product categories. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams and influence decisions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of merchandising professionals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to develop and execute innovative go-to-market plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact between regional sales teams and corporate merchandising, marketing, and revenue management teams.
• Take ownership of a regional product plan, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to meet sales, margin, and brand targets.
