Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (business or engineering preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic procurement: sourcing, category management or related fields
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude with a focus on growth and innovation
  • Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel for work up to 40% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management : Build relationships, understand business needs and engage with key functions to deliver results
  • Category & Sourcing Leadership : Develop and execute category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions and scout for innovative suppliers
  • Contract & Supplier Management : Own contract negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goals
  • Digitalization & Data Analytics : Champion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement and drive adoption of new tools and processes
  • Change & Innovation : Act as a change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek out new ways to improve and automate
  • Risk Management : Monitor supply chain and cyber risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance
