About The Position

As a Regional Business Manager at Takeda, you will play a crucial role in driving product demand within the Gastroenterology Rare Disease Sales Team. This position is centered around empowering you to make a significant impact on patients' lives by effectively communicating the value proposition of Takeda's products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan, ensuring that all communications regarding disease, product, and formulary information are truthful and compliant with Takeda's policies and applicable laws. Your ability to manage your territory strategically will be essential in maximizing sales performance and achieving sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. In this role, you will analyze local and regional business trends to develop both short and long-term goals that align with Takeda's business strategy. You will work collaboratively in a matrix environment, engaging with Patient Services, Specialty Infusion Pharmacies, and Managed Markets while maintaining confidentiality regarding patient information. Building productive partnerships with internal stakeholders will be key to creating compliant selling approaches that resonate with the needs of the healthcare professionals you serve. Your responsibilities will include meeting regularly with targeted HCPs to understand their needs and discuss how Takeda's products can address those needs. Utilizing a consultative selling approach, you will engage in a highly technical and solution-oriented selling model, focusing on achieving the greatest positive impact for patients. You will also manage a territory marketing and promotional speaker program budget in accordance with compliance policies, share best practices, and document account profiles and activities using a CRM system.
