About The Position

The Regional Business Manager (Field & Account Sales Lead) at Nestlé USA is responsible for driving growth in the foodservice sector, specifically focusing on the Nestlé Waters and Premium Beverage division. This role involves developing and implementing business plans, managing key accounts, and building relationships with various stakeholders to achieve profitable sales objectives. The position requires a strategic and tactical approach to contribute to Nestlé's commercial success while supporting iconic brands recognized worldwide.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Category Development with a CPG, distributor, operator, or supplier.
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles with consistent KPI delivery.
  • Strong execution skills and P&L experience.
  • Problem solver with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and management practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of key functions and their initiatives (Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
  • Understanding of core business processes and fundamentals in sales and distribution.
  • Knowledge of customer businesses and foodservice industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with overall business and customer strategies.
  • Build Business Plan with accountability to actions that achieve sales driver goals.
  • Execute plans for assigned geography/account(s) aligned with Nestlé Waters and Premium Beverage objectives.
  • Utilize account management skills to leverage insights and deliver expected business results.
  • Develop business relationships beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders.
  • Achieve agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with peer groups to share and leverage best practices.
  • Advocate for customer needs and close gaps with business partners.
  • Manage existing and develop new partnerships with hotels, restaurants, bars, and non-commercial entities.
  • Execute national account plans for lodging/travel and chain restaurants.
