Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in managing client relationships and driving account growth.
  • 4+ years of experience in strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align client needs with business solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in monitoring account health and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in Partner and Merchant Solutions or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with Payments industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • A track record of achieving revenue growth and upsell/cross-sell conversion targets.
  • High client satisfaction scores (e.g., Likely to Recommend score of 4.5/5 or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
  • Identifying and executing growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling aligned with client goals.
  • Delivering consultative solutions by understanding client challenges and recommending tailored products and services.
  • Responding quickly to client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver results.
  • Tracking and analyzing account performance, proactively addressing risks and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless and value-driven client experience.
  • Staying informed on product updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.
