About The Position
The Regional Branch Manager oversees, implements, monitors, and directs sales and service operations within an assigned geographic region. This role ensures that established policies and procedures are followed and that credit union strategies and goals are implemented across the branch network. The manager is responsible for training, coaching, and supervising branch managers to ensure effective performance of branch operations. They ensure that branch personnel have the knowledge and resources to provide excellent member service and promote meaningful solutions to members. The manager also collaborates with the Operations team to ensure optimal product knowledge and needs-based selling results, while measuring and reporting on sales and service performance standards to ensure branch performance improvement initiatives are effectively managed.
