They create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources, and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively. The role also involves managing risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions.
