As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Greenville, NC. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The role involves managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It includes participating in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. The position focuses on driving new revenue and customer loyalty through proactive sales conversations, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. It requires delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leveraging ecosystem partnerships. The role also involves creating customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology, and applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Employees are expected to manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Participates in proactive sales and service activities and identifies referral opportunities.
Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
