Individual Insurance is embarking in a multi-year refreshed strategy with a goal to become the undisputed leader of the insurance market in Canada. The Regional AVP Tax, Retirement & Estate Planning plays a key role with Individual Insurance’s sales and distribution process by working with both the sales team and life insurance advisors to develop cases, implement sophisticated product structures and educate insurance advisors on the tax and estate planning opportunities available with life insurance. This position reports to the Head of Tax, Retirement and Estate Planning Services. The Regional AVP Tax, Retirement & Estate Planning will be part of a team of seven highly motivated professionals who are highly respected within the organization and industry.
