About The Position

Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to leverage your expertise in a high-impact role? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead training initiatives and drive performance improvements across multiple dealerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your influence, work with a diverse set of dealerships, and make a significant impact on training and development efforts. This role requires extensive travel. Candidates must be able to travel within these regions: Cincinnati, Chicago, Central Atlantic, New York, and Boston.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of automotive dealership operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and training methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on regional and dealership-specific goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Training: Facilitate SmartPath training, lead management, and business development workshops for dealerships across multiple regions.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate with dealership leadership to ensure effective adoption and sustained use of SmartPath, leading to long-term performance gains.
  • Provide Hands-On Coaching: Work directly with dealership staff, coaching them on showroom processes, sales techniques, and team performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership leadership, ensuring seamless project execution and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Extensive Travel & Engagement: Travel is a major component of this role, requiring at least 16-18 days per month of on-site dealership support across all assigned regions.
