Requirements

  • This role requires in office presence in our New York Office 4 days a week
  • Commercial experience in a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment is essential
  • Advanced Excel modelling capabilities and experience of data visualisation tools.
  • SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work at all levels of the organisation
  • First class analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Inquisitive mind and proactive nature
  • Team player

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop insightful dashboards that help bring a clear understanding of the North American business.
  • Synthesize data and research findings into insightful strategic recommendations and help communicate key findings
  • Support North America in articulating strategy and developing business cases for growth opportunities.
  • Support the Personal Shopping team to ensure the customer segments and profiles are receiving the best attention to ensure sales.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with Personal Shopping, Marketing, Site Merchandising and other teams on a variety of growth-focused projects.
