About The Position

The Regional Agency Manager is a field-based position. Ideal candidates will be based within a commutable distance to Fresno, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, or San Francisco counties and also able to travel across the state as needed. This role meets or exceeds assigned annual sales goals and penetration of the Medicare book of business. The manager will travel within the market to engage with local community-based organizations, providers, brokers, and agencies. They will investigate and respond to escalated issues for assigned accounts, participate in and conduct Medicare product training, and develop best practices to implement based on local market conditions. The position requires maintaining a strong familiarity with competition, market environments, healthcare economics, etc. The manager will build relationships internally with various departments and teams and serve as a subject matter expert in growing Medicare product lines. Reports must be submitted upon request and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Healthcare, Medicare, CMS Regulations and/or Management.
  • Prior experience working with brokers/agents along with territory management experience is preferred.
  • Active, valid and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
