About The Position

If you are an administrative professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Riverside, CA in our West Regional Office, you will provide an enhanced level of assistance and support to the Regional Management team by maintaining a responsive and well-organized process of contract and project documentation, billing submittals and forecasts, invoicing details, project checklists, shipping information and customer databases. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Schedule and organize activities, such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities. Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. Type and design general correspondences, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, and more. Coordinate training records and requirements, handle sensitive and non-routine information, and maintain site access, security records, drug testing status, and safety equipment to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain field service summaries of service efforts on all projects/jobs. Arrange shipments or project equipment to customer sites. Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls. Oversee facility maintenance contractor and cleaning services and communicate with building management. Ensure time reporting is accurate and on time, while also compiling and overseeing overtime reports. Build and enhance Emerson relationships with regional customers through professional and friendly responsiveness.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other job-related office equipment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
