Carson is seeking a dedicated and customer focused Regional Account Manager (Outside Sales), focusing on current customer retention and growth in the Central Oregon market. This role is vital to ensuring excellent customer service, value added customer solutions, and growing the current book of business. You will be responsible for the sale and support of Carson products and services including but not limited to bulk fuels, Cardlock, DEF, and lubricants. The ideal candidate is successfully building and managing relationships, adding value to current customers, and growing an existing book of business. Key Responsibilities: Support the commercial team by managing a current book of customers. Hold consistent business evaluations to strengthen and expand operations. Support the sales region with new and current business sales projects. Achieve region net new growth targets through retention and share-of-wallet selling. Relationships and Roles: Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct value-add presentations and business reviews. Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate in a vertical regional sales team. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Willingness to travel within region and work with team of professionals - approximately 30% - 35%. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; additional education or relevant certifications are advantageous. Three or more years of proven experience in B2B outside account management sales. Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and delivering sales goals and objectives. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing software is a plus.
