We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Regional Account Manager to support growth across Texas, with a strong focus on data center and advanced technology construction projects. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the construction industry, thrives on building relationships, and knows how to create value for customers operating in fast-paced, high-demand markets. Job Summary The Regional Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing customer relationships within the Texas market, with a particular focus on data centers and advanced technology sector construction. This role will drive new business development, support existing customer accounts, and position UFP Concrete Forming Solutions as a trusted partner for concrete forming and construction support solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically supporting advanced technology, critical infrastructure, or data center projects.
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of construction project cycles, customer needs, and field-based sales strategy.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience and knowledge of concrete forming, lumber, plywood, or related construction products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry, specifically within the data center and advanced technology sectors.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the assigned region.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding project needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by recommending products and solutions that improve project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and execution.
  • Promote UFP Concrete Forming Solutions’ products and capabilities to new and existing customers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to align customer needs with appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor market activity, competitive trends, and customer developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, manufacturing, and customer service teams to ensure a high level of support and responsiveness.
  • Manage account activity including forecasting, pricing, account receivables, and general business development planning.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and at customer meetings, job sites, and industry events.
