About The Position

Surefox North America Inc is a veteran owned company that prides itself on creating a diverse and unique culture of trained and talented individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time, Regional Account Manager with leadership experience and strong organizational skills who can join our team to support in the bay area. In this role, you will be tasked with assisting your Regional Program Director on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing a wide array of domestic and international security support and cross functional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, assets and global reputation. In your operations role, you will ensure that quality of service is being maintained, and identify ways in which Surefox can be more efficient and effective in its responsibilities. You will ensure all officers and subordinate leadership assigned to your deployment are performing their duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state, federal, and international regulations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing the delivery and consistency of Surefox’s counseling program; identifying deficiencies and gaps in operations that require more training; ensuring the security posture is maintained to the level required by the client; and handling all other tasks and assignments given to you by your Program Management and Surefox Leadership. Candidates for this role are expected to exhibit exceptional managerial skills and close attention to detail; someone who works independently on assignments and has the ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, individuals in this role will partner with seasoned security and intelligence professionals across multiple disciplines to develop and deliver innovative and industry leading close protection and physical security solutions, while working in a close, team-oriented, inclusive and diverse environment. Requirements

  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes)
  • Knowledge of state labor law
  • Experience in security, staffing, protective services, or executive protection
  • Experience managing multi-site or regional accounts
  • Experience supporting renewals, expansions, or strategic account growth
  • Data analysis capabilities for reviewing KPIs and preparing reports
  • Must be willing to travel as necessary
  • 5+ years of work experience in project management, program management, or equivalent director role
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Possess an adaptive leadership style, motivating your team to accomplish both client-driven as well as organizational goals

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM or workforce management systems.
  • Experience supporting client renewals, service expansions, or business reviews.
  • Strong data analysis skills for reporting and performance insights.
  • Experience collaborating with Operations, HR, and Compliance teams.
  • Prior military or veteran-led organization experience is a plus.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASIS CPP or PSP) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Support regular client meetings, service reviews, and check-ins to discuss performance, issues, and upcoming needs.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with client stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Development & Growth Identify opportunities to expand services, enhance contract value, or introduce additional support solutions.
  • Gather data and insights to support renewal discussions and account expansion efforts.
  • Assist the Regional Account Manager with proposals, service modifications, and strategic account development plans.
  • Service Delivery Coordination Communicate client requirements and changes to internal operations partners, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Review scheduling updates, invoicing, staffing information, and operational readiness for client sites.
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients or new service lines in coordination with Operations and HR.
  • Issue Management & Resolution Track client issues, document escalations, and ensure timely resolution in cooperation with Operations.
  • Follow up on open items, ensuring clients receive consistent updates and complete resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues or service gaps and propose improvement strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics Assist in preparing performance reports, service metrics, audit responses, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM tools, ensuring real-time visibility into account health.
  • Track service indicators such as response times, satisfaction trends, and incident patterns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Compliance, HR, Scheduling, and Finance to support account activities.
  • Ensure all internal teams understand client expectations and priorities.
  • Partner with other regional account managers when events, and client sites start and or operate in your region Regional partners will help staff, manage, engage with regional clients and provide quality assurance and checks in support for the other regional managers
