About The Position

As a Regional Account Manager with Securitas in Nashville, you will step into a key leadership role overseeing security operations at two client locations. This position involves leading teams, building strong client relationships, and shaping the day-to-day delivery of security services. You will also coach and mentor your security team, monitor performance, address issues, maintain high service levels, and oversee basic financials for your sites. Requirements

  • Prior law enforcement or military experience
  • Leadership experience in security, operations, or a similar field
  • Comfortable leading teams, solving problems, and making decisions
  • Able to build trust with both clients and employees
  • Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as email, systems, and reporting tools
  • Associate degree plus three to five years of leadership experience in security or operations, or six to eight years of directly related experience with increasing responsibility
  • Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will also be considered
