About The Position

We are seeking a sales-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Account Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and promoting our dental staffing services to dental practices. You’ll help connect dental offices with licensed dental professionals, bridging the gap for both temporary and full-time staffing needs, through our cutting-edge, on-demand web and mobile platform.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of sales experience; B2B and SaaS sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and account management is a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fast learner who is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue by making proactive outbound calls to prospects in your territory.
  • Execute targeted cold-calling campaigns designed to build your pipeline, create new opportunities, and accelerate client acquisition.
  • Strengthen and grow existing accounts by developing trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs, deliver value, and position GoTu as their go-to staffing solution to ensure retention and ongoing expansion.
  • Partner with the sales manager to craft and execute winning strategies. Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points, and present compelling, customized solutions that clearly demonstrate ROI.
  • Master our platform and service offerings so you can confidently articulate their benefits, differentiate our solutions, and influence buying decisions.
  • Consistently hit or exceed your goals by driving new business through outbound prospecting and maximizing growth within current accounts.
  • Provide high-touch support that builds trust, addresses questions, solves challenges quickly, and guides clients through a smooth onboarding experience that sets the stage for future upselling.
  • Keep your pipeline tight and organized by accurately logging all activities and interactions in Salesforce to drive visibility, forecasting accuracy, and strategic follow-up.
