The primary function of the Regional Account Manager is to drive funding volume growth through effective management of our existing merchant partnerships. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day interactions with merchants, ensuring a consistent and exceptional service experience while identifying opportunities to expand business at the store level. You will be responsible for training merchants on product offerings, addressing operational needs, and executing growth strategies. As the main point of contact, you will build strong relationships with merchant partners and collaborate with internal teams to achieve account objectives and maximize funding volume.
