As a Regional Account Manager - Smart Infrastructure / Data Centers at Siemens, you’ll combine deep regional and/or local knowledge with hands-on implementation to deliver targeted solutions. This is your opportunity to drive regional growth, build strong customer relationships, and adapt strategy to local market needs. This position plays a significant role in the development, profitable growth, collaboration and life cycle management of the assigned customer(s). This position will be REMOTE in the Continental US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical solution selling or industry-specific sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated success in growing accounts through tactical execution and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of regional regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and regional sales planning tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and executing regional account strategies that align with broader business objectives.
  • Driving revenue growth through opportunity identification, pursuit, and closure within your territory.
  • Cultivates strategic relationships across assigned accounts, engaging with business and functional leaders, including senior managers and C-suite decision-makers—to drive impactful, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Developing strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions based on local market dynamics.
  • Applying technical product knowledge and regulatory expertise to ensure solution viability and compliance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to adapt corporate strategies to regional execution plans.
  • Leveraging CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and support decision-making.
