The Regional Account Executive will promote a suite of post-surgical rehabilitation devices to Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Hospital accounts within a defined territory. Provide product education and training to Clinicians, OR staff, and Administrators. Stay current with clinical literature on DVT prevention, cryotherapy, and postoperative recovery protocols. Serve as a consultative expert to support successful product adoption post sale. Manage capital sales cycles involving committees, trials, evaluations, and ROI justification. Negotiate and close capital equipment contracts. Drive adoption and utilization of disposable products. Navigate clinical and economic value propositions to key stakeholders.
