Overview The Regional Account Director is a key position in the National Cell Therapy Account Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. Their primary responsibility is to develop and lead their region's Cell Therapy Account team. The individual must have extensive experience in oncology, both in hospital and community settings, as well as expertise in launching new products. Additionally, the RAD will work closely with the commercial leadership to ensure the successful product launch of Lifileucel by driving demand uptake and sustaining its growth. The individual should possess a high level of initiative and be willing to take a hands-on approach to ensure success.
