The Regional Account Director (RAD) is accountable to drive the strategic account plan in Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Accounts in the effort to unlock sales growth opportunities by removing any barriers to use in the setting of care. You will establish a comprehensive Strategic Account Business Plan aimed at creating long- and short-term sales growth and coordinates pull-through across other cross functional team members (across therapeutic area and roles) calling on the account. You will create Advocates and Champions throughout the Account by building strategic relationships with health system stakeholders and administrators. The position will report into the Area General Manager, but will also collaborate with the National Account Directors, the Sales Team as well as Cross Functional partners in Market Access, HEOR, Marketing and Medical. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based. The candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
