Region Sr Manager – Northeast (WV, PA, OH)
About The Position
Region Sr Manager will oversee operations in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, ensuring Operations is working effectively and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to making sure the company is in compliance with safety and DOT regulations, managing personnel, ensuring completeness of data, maintaining equipment, effective cost management and controlling inventory. Provide quality service to customers through site visits, team training, job organization, and audits Manage team that consist of Service Techs, Route Drivers, support staff and supervisors, including hiring, training, performance reviews and terminations Maintain rental equipment and rolling stock, ensuring maintenance is completed and branding/appearance is to company standards Enforcement of Safety and DOT standards across all region activities Ensure team adherence of data completeness through various form submissions Manage Region’s financial performance by operating efficiently and maintaining cost/spend controls including overtime, purchase of supplies, maintenance expense, sourcing service vendors, etc Provide feedback up to Executive Team as necessary Ensure facilities are organized and functional Office in Bridgeport, WV
