About The Position

The Regional Installation Manager is responsible for driving profitability through meeting or exceeding net installed revenue goals and providing a 5-Star Customer Experience through timely and accurate installation of purchased services. The Regional Production Manager coordinates and leverages the resources of multiple departments under his/her direction to achieve on-time installations, production excellence, and 100% customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Recruit, lead, train, and manage a team of high-performing Installation Managers. Hold Installation Branch Managers accountable to managing their locations to meet net installed revenue, profitability goals, and Customer Satisfaction / Guild Quality score requirements. Accurately forecast the production-related resource needs of each Branch Location and effectively manage the flow of installs through the pipeline daily, consistently hitting net install revenue goals. Leverage data and analytics to monitor and manage resources within varying demand scenarios. Collaborate with Branch Install Managers and the People Dept to ensure the maintenance of adequate install crew headcount to meet or exceed net installed revenue goals. Facilitate the promotion of our position of “Business Partner”, dedicated to helping our installation crews start, build, and grow their own profitable businesses. Drive crew expansion through a healthy referral program, ensuring effective promotion throughout the organization. Create, maintain, and continuously improve the training programs for all Installation Branch Managers and all installation teams utilizing a variety of approaches, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate with the Training & Development Dept (People Dept.) on training programs. Create and maintain all Branch Installation Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Installer SOPs. Ensure jobs are installed on schedule and according to installation SOPs. Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installer teams. Visit and inspect an established number of installs each 14 days and complete/submit the evaluation scorecard, coaching the Branch Manager and the Install Team(s) appropriately. Intervene when necessary to resolve disputes according to established Improveit policies and procedures and use established methodology for all customer interactions. Foster a team environment and a customer-focused culture throughout the installation organization. Hold direct reports accountable for achieving results through coaching and performance management. Consistently provide feedback and direction to direct reports to promote employee development, engagement, and business knowledge. Identify, evaluate, recommend, implement, and measure improvements that drive efficiencies out of the installation process and improve the customer experience. Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure the availability of products to meet established installation deadlines. Monitor the industry landscape to ensure our compensation for Branch Installation Managers and installers is competitive to ensure we remain competitive to attract and retain top talent. Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of management or operations experience within a high-volume remodeling, replacement window, residential construction, replacement contracting or similar organization.
  • Multi-Location Management Expertise – Experience managing multiple offices/locations, required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SmartPhones, Tablets/iPads, and computer programs such as Salesforce, required.
