The Regional Ops Specialists will provide day-to-day support for the regional field operations team and manage dealer-facing regional administrative functions. This includes responsibilities related to DDO/Inventory/Vehicle logistics, MBEP/MCVP/ABP, Vehicle Incentives, and Aftersales Operations. The role involves answering inquiries from dealers regarding policies, procedures, and processes, including warranty questions, labor rate, and parts markup increases, while delivering exceptional service to the Mazda dealer network. The position requires collaboration with regional leadership and field teams to identify opportunities for optimizing dealer performance, spearheading program administration, analyzing and reporting on key metrics, managing the department budget, and ensuring effective communication between management, field, and dealers.
