About The Position

The Regional Manager oversees business operations within the assigned geographic region (West), ensuring profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery while driving safety compliance, employee engagement, and collaboration with engineering and technical teams. Additionally, the Regional Manager fosters a strong partnership between Sales and Business Development teams to accelerate growth and expand market reach. Geographic Region Locations include: Western US: California, Nevada, Seattle, and Western Canada: Vancouver & Calgary.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and employee development experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical reasoning.
  • Proficiency in business and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing revenue volumes between $15M-$30M.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Graduate degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a leadership role in Operations Management, Services, Sales, or equivalent, preferably with P&L responsibility.
  • Industry expertise in water/wastewater systems, industrial systems or adjacent markets; knowledge of wastewater collection systems a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen team dynamics by cultivating a premier culture, develop and retain talent, and have clear goal alignment to business objectives.
  • Develop, track, and manage regional revenue and profit goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Design and execute operational plans, budgets, and capital expenditures, adjusting as necessary throughout the year.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, costs, and resource needs on a monthly basis.
  • Represent the company with key external partners, customers, and regulatory bodies, promoting brand value and industry leadership.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest customer satisfaction standards.
  • Review and approve project pricing, ensuring competitiveness and financial viability.
  • Uphold corporate policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Lead key business projects and contribute to organizational growth and innovation.
  • Champion change and guide teams through transition.
