About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic, people-centered operational leader to oversee regional warehouse operations and elevate performance across the board. Requirements

• Has 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Brings strong operational knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, storage, retrieval, and transportation
• Communicates clearly, leads with confidence, and drives team accountability
• Understands WMS, RF systems, and warehouse financial processes
• Builds positive relationships and develops people at every level
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experience

Nice To Haves

• Has experience with OSHA/FDA or food-safety programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide teams while strengthening a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory flow, picking, shipping, and returns
• Champion safety and food-safety compliance (OSHA, FDA, and internal standards)
• Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and facility efficiency
• Lead labor planning, budgeting, and P&L performance
• Partner with HR to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
• Build strong community relationships and support local business development initiatives
