The Regional Sales Director, Laboratory is responsible for leading a team of sales reps who are tasked to drive revenue and profitability to new and existing customers. Collaboration and people leadership are key attributes required for success in this role. This leader will direct a team of 6-8 (located in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri & part of Michigan) and closely collaborate with 5 regional sales directors who each lead a team of similar size and aligned goals.
