Job Description The Regional Development Manager plays a key role in advancing the Affluent Wealth Management Strategy by partnering directly with Market Leaders, Wealth Management Teams, and Financial Advisors. This role focuses on boosting productivity and revenue by strengthening team capabilities in practice management, advisory programs, financial planning, insurance strategies, small‑business solutions, and other critical growth drivers. They provide education and hands‑on coaching across the advisory process, including prospecting, building and delivering financial plans, and implementing best practices. They also identify and create sales opportunities, offering subject‑matter expertise to enhance client events and presentations. In collaboration with bank partners and Market Leaders, the Regional Development Manager supports business development efforts, fosters introductions, and helps partners understand and fully leverage the Wealth Management Strategy. The role also draws on internal and external partners and product providers to deliver high‑value content and product training. Significant travel is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years or more of job related experience
  • FINRA 7, 65/66 and insurance licenses

Responsibilities

  • Drawing on internal and external partners and product providers to deliver high‑value content and product training.
