Requirements

  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • Must be able to organize files and systems, set priorities, and assume all responsibilities related to the position
  • Must be flexible, able to handle a multitude of duties, and work under pressure
  • Must be able to get along well with others, and communicate via telephone and email correspondence without being either intimidated or intimidating
  • Must be able to compose letters and handle routine correspondence
  • Good typing and 10 key calculator skills are needed
  • Must be a high school graduate with business school or college training, or related experience

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve accounts payable documents such as check requests and expense reports
  • Manage and review payroll items such as changes, promotions, accuracy of payroll
  • Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Forward communications from Division and above to region and branch locations
  • Be the liaison between departments and branch locations
  • Drive region initiatives such as sales contests, collection efforts, etc.
  • Prepare Profit and Loss statements for Region Management team
  • Receive escalated complaint calls and maintain a log to ensure complaint resolution
  • Train branch administrative positions and visit branch locations
  • Monitor AR balances for the region and drive collection efforts
  • Maintain current policies and procedure manuals and ensure branches are adhering to current procedures
  • Plan and execute meetings for Branch teams as well as various training meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for branch personnel
