We are seeking an experienced Regional Client Manager to lead a large, multi-state operation supporting a key national client (50+ locations). This role requires strong leadership, exceptional client partnership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence across a geographically dispersed team.

  • Lead, coach, and develop site leadership teams across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
  • Ensure proper staffing and coverage in alignment with SLAs.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Build a strong internal talent pipeline and improve overall employee engagement.
  • Serve as the primary partner for a complex national client across all assigned sites.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction scores and ensure strong communication at all levels.
  • Oversee client requests, resolve issues promptly, and participate in Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Drive operational improvements, process design, and continuous service enhancement.
  • Lead special projects and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • Communicate critical updates and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support P&L management to maintain profitability.
  • Oversee payroll, billing compliance, and monthly budget forecasting.
  • Manage hours, revenue, and financial performance across assigned sites.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, SLA requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Support the California Workplace Violence Prevention Plan and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Document and escalate any safety, personnel, or security incidents.
  • 7–10+ years of multi-site operational leadership and client relationship management.
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams (100+ employees)—including management-level staff.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust, empower teams, and adjust leadership style to different readiness levels.
  • Financial acumen, P&L experience, and familiarity with SLA/KPI management.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 40–60 lbs, as needed.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and work on a computer/phone for extended periods.
  • Project or program management experience is a plus.
