About The Position

Veolia's Chemical Solutions & Monitoring (CSM) division is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our team. As the FSR, you'll become an integral part of Water Tech, a global frontrunner in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. You'll be responsible for delivering top-notch on-site technical customer service, including conducting chemical tests, maintaining chemical feed and control equipment, managing chemical inventories, providing technical recommendations, and compiling detailed service reports. Your contribution will support Veolia’s commitment to delivering sustainable water solutions across diverse applications such as food and beverage, municipal water, microelectronics, and heavy industrial wastewater treatment, underlining your critical role in achieving our mission to resource the world.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in comparable manufacturing environment involving chemical handling, or at least 1 year of experience in plumbing, pump or mechanical repair.
• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record history.

Nice To Haves

• HS Chemistry knowledge highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Receives resin from customer sites in resin tanks or on mobile equipment.
• Empties tanks or equipment of the exhausted media and prepares it for regeneration.
• Regenerates ion exchange resins and media with acids, bases and other chemicals.
• Performs quality control checks on the equipment to ensure specifications are met.
• Tests may include pH, specific ions, resistivity, and TDS.
• Repairs and helps maintain the bottles/tanks and other service type of equipment.
• Prepares resin tanks or mobile equipment by filling empty tanks with regenerated media.
• Separates ion exchange resins as required.
• Monitors bulk chemical delivery.
• Prepares labels for resin tanks.
• Follows EHS procedures and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
