About The Position

Regal Cinemas Walden Galleria 4DX & RPX is looking for Full Timer Assistant Manager who are passionate about movies and to be part of delivering the best possible service, cleanliness and movie-going experience to our guests in a diverse, fun, energetic and engaging environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience.
• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol if applicable.
• Good public speaking skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Proven experience with PC platforms and basic office programs.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of Cast Certification Program.
• Experience in a supervisory role in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in delivering outstanding guest service and cleanliness.
• Ensure operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Train, develop, and coach non-management employees.
• Perform all staff positions as required.
• Count and reconcile all receipts taken in during a business day.
• Control costs, including all direct operating expenses.
• Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre.
• Monitor the standard of maintenance and operational delivery.
• Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current for all staff.
• Monitor risk management as it pertains to the theatre.
• Perform theatre opening and closing procedures.
