About The Position

The CT Technologist operates complex equipment to produce high quality cross-sectional anatomy scans. This individual collaborates with the Radiologist, the Supervisor, and the staff in developing, implementing, and evaluating department procedures and protocols. The position involves direct patient care, access to confidential patient information, and requires making decisions independently and in collaboration with the radiologist, the supervisor, and the staff. The individual works under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Supervisor.

Requirements

• Required RRT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with Current Ohio License.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Some experience in CT preferred, but willing to cross train.

Nice To Haves

• Siemens CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Siemens CT scanner to produce high quality cross-sectional anatomy scans.
• Collaborate with Radiologist and Supervisor to develop and evaluate department procedures and protocols.
• Provide direct patient care and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Make independent decisions and collaborate with team members as needed.
