Join our talented Maintenance team as our new Refurbishment Technician today! A few details about the role: Perform general maintenance duties, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, minor HVAC work, painting, minor plumbing, and appliance repairs. Install/replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops and hardware as directed. Install/replace kitchen or laundry appliances as directed. Replace, fit, paint, adjust and install all types of doors or screens including hardware as directed. Operate maintenance equipment not limited to hand or power tools, company vehicles, snow blowers safely. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report malfunction or repair needs. Complete work within scheduled time frame, according to budget and priority set by the supervisor. Monitor and provide periodic updates during the project and complete a report at the completion of project as directed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A state issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in drywall installation, repair, and painting procedures preferred.
  • Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment.
