Requirements

High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education.
Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Prefer one year's experience in interior painting.

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing surfaces for painting all residential and community property.
Assists in maintaining daily inventory log, communicating service needs to supervisor and costs control practices.
Performs daily work assignments and work orders in a timely manner following standards of performance established by Sandhill Cove.
Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
